Gas engine power plants
Company RSE s.r.o. (Czech Republic) offers cogeneration gas-piston engines manufactured by MWM (Germany) in container and stationary versions on different types of gas. The company also offers comprehensive maintenance, repair and supply of spare parts for them. RSE gas power plants use the latest developments based on proven solutions with an emphasis on low investment, high efficiency and reliability.
Our power plants based on gas engines are characterized by low maintenance costs and optimal fuel consumption, which ensures maximum efficiency. The genset has a long service life and requires overhaul only after 80,000 hours of operation. Our CHP modules work even in extreme operating conditions. A modern electronic engine management system ensures minimal emissions.
The RSE product range includes gas engines and generator sets in the power range from 400 to 4500 kW of electricity. Technically feasible power plants with a capacity of 100,000 kW and more. Gas engines can work with different types of gas such as: natural gas, shale gas, mine gas, biogas, landfill gas, waste water gas and synthetic gas.
They are designed for maximum electrical and thermal efficiency, low operating and service costs, as well as high reliability and availability. In this way, they achieve an efficiency of more than 90 percent.
Today, the Сompany’s production facilities are capable of preparing 20 fully ready-to-use cogeneration modules per month. At the start of 2025, this number will be 40 units per month.
Container solution for cogeneration plants
Our company has extensive experience in placing gas-piston plants in containers with additional equipment. Placing cogeneration plants in containers and enclosures is an alternative to installing them in existing or new mashine rooms.
Container solutions allow you to significantly speed up the installation of equipment at the facility, and their design allows you to protect space and minimize field noise. Clients often require customized solutions, which we can provide through custom designed and built packages.
Our container solutions allow customers to install equipment on site as quickly as possible. Also, container solutions for installations meet sound absorption requirements and protect them from adverse weather conditions.
RSE gas power plants are manufactured in the Czech Republic in accordance with the requirements of EU directives. Containerized installations are fully tested before shipping to customers.
