Types of boilers

  • VSP – steam boiler, power range – 1-18 t/h
  • VVP – water heating boiler, power range – 1-20 MW
  • VHP – superheated water boiler, power range – 2.5-14 MW

The design of the boilers is three-pass with a flame tube, a rear rotating chamber cooled by water, a closed membrane wall, two-pass heat pipes, an uncooled second (front) rotating chamber and a smoke collector. The boilers are supplied as a standard right-hand version (right-hand control). At the request of the Customer, boilers can be supplied in the left version. Boilers are manufactured with a working pressure of 6, 8, 10, 13 and 16 bar. Boilers with a working pressure of more than 16 bar are produced on request.
Above the flange for connecting the burner and in the rear rotating chamber there are inspection holes for optical control of the flame tube. For internal inspection of the boiler, hatches and inspection holes are installed in the boiler body.
All heating surfaces are easily accessible for cleaning, which ensures constant high efficiency, even with long-term operation of the boiler on liquid fuel. The boiler materials and seamless pipes used to comply with EN 10028 and EN 10216.

  • A three-pass steam boiler with a low thermal intensity value of the combustion space (up to 1.30 MW.m-3) guarantees a combustion process with low emissions of harmful substances and low emissions of nitrogen oxides.
  • Low radiation heat loss due to optimal insulation thickness, thermally insulated combustion product collector and water-cooled rear wall of the recirculation chamber.
    Linings of holes for cleaning and linings of hatches in the combustion chambers of the boiler are made of special high-strength insulating heat-resistant concrete.
    The thermal efficiency of boilers is 92-93% for execution without an economizer. In the presence of a built-in economizer at the output of combustion products, the efficiency of boilers is 95% and higher.

  • The well-thought-out design of the boilers ensures optimal service and easy access to service areas.
  • A cover layer of insulation made of lacquered sheet metal, which is a standard delivery, facilitates installation and maintenance and protects the thermal insulation of the boiler from damage.
  • The control cabinet enables the control of all regulating and measuring devices of the boiler, such as control of the feed pumps, control of the flow of feed water through the economizer, control of all work operations in the online mode, etc. In addition, with the help of additional components, it is possible to ensure fully automatic operation of the boiler without the presence of service personnel with control once every 72 hours.
  • When several boilers are delivered, they are combined into a network and it becomes possible to use the cascade control mode of steam boilers.
