RSE is a developer and manufacturer of industrial water-heating and steam boilers operating on biomass (sawdust, wood chips, bark, straw, chipboard and fiberboard waste, peat, pellets, woodworking waste, cones, sunflower husks) and natural gas.​

Thermal oil boilers

An oil-fired boiler is often used in place of traditional oil-fired steam and water boilers and is usually chosen for its ability to reach higher temperatures at lower operating pressures.

According to the steam table for conventional water and steam boilers, high steam temperatures require equally high pressures. Temperatures up to 300°C can be reached in a non-pressurized hot fuel oil boiler, and temperatures up to 400°C can be reached in a pressurized hot fuel oil boiler.

Fire tube boilers

 
 
 
 

The design of the boilers is three-pass with a flame tube, a rear rotating chamber cooled by water, a closed membrane wall, two-pass heat pipes, an uncooled second (front) rotating chamber and a smoke collector.

The boilers are supplied as a standard right-hand version (right-hand control). At the request, boilers can be supplied in the left version.

Above the flange for connecting the burner and in the rear rotating chamber there are inspection holes for optical control of the flame tube. For internal boiler inspection, hatches and holes are installed in the boiler body.

All heating surfaces are easily accessible for cleaning, which ensures constant high efficiency, even with long-term operation of the boiler on liquid fuel. The boiler materials and seamless pipes were used to comply with EN 10028 and EN 10216.

Advantages of boilers

  • High operational reliability and long service life of boilers.
  • A three-pass steam boiler with a low thermal intensity value of the combustion space (up to 1.30 MW.m-3) guarantees a combustion process with low emissions.
  • Low radiation heat loss due to optimal insulation thickness, thermally insulated combustion product collector and water-cooled rear wall of the recirculation chamber.
  • The thermal efficiency of boilers is 92-93% for execution without an economizer. In the presence of a built-in economizer at the output of combustion products, the efficiency of boilers is 95% and higher.
  • The well-thought-out design of the boilers ensures optimal service and easy access to service areas.
  • A cover layer of insulation made of lacquered sheet metal, which is a standard delivery, facilitates installation and maintenance and protects the thermal insulation of the boiler from damage.
