Company RSE s.r.o. is engaged in the development and production of industrial heat pipe heat exchangers (utilizer boilers). The company manufactures two main types of heat exchangers – for installation behind gas-piston cogeneration plants, for the utilization of heat of exhaust gases, and for installation behind solid fuel boilers and furnaces, for utilization of the heat of combustion products. Each type of boiler-utilizer can be both a water-heating version and a version for steam production.

The installation of such a boiler-utilizer makes it possible to increase the overall efficiency of the power-generating installation to 90-93%.

The boiler has a two-pass design and two pipe bundles with inlet and outlet flue gas collectors.

The working pressure of the boiler is 8 bar, and the temperature is 175 °C.

The automatic flue gas boiler is a heat tube boiler that uses waste heat from internal combustion engines.

Using boilers is particularly advantageous where a continuous source of heat is required.

Operation in the overpressure mode on the flue gas side with correctly calculated dimensions of the heating surfaces ensures an ideal use of the heat of the flue gases and, thus, high efficiency.

Each engine has its own separate flue gas pass. The boiler evaporator is shared.

Using VSKG Double saves project costs and boiler room space compared to using separate steam boiler for each engine.

 


1 1The design of boilers depends on the properties of flue gases, especially their temperature and volume. The layout of the boilers can be single or double. The construction of single boilers is two-pass, and double boilers are four-pass.

The courses consist of one or two pipe bundles with inlet and outlet flue gas collectors.

Also, the boiler can be supplemented with a separate independent burner path (combined boiler). These tracts work independently of each other, and the paths of flue gases are separated. The water volume of the boiler is total.

For steam boilers, the standard working pressure of the model range is 8 bar. VSKG steam boilers with an operating pressure of more than 8 bar are manufactured on request.

The boiler body is supplied as standard with insulation covered with sheet metal cladding consisting of colored sheets of RAL 6029 color.

The boilers are fully equipped with fittings, regulating and measuring elements, as well as equipment for work with periodic control.

The materials used are boiler steel and seamless pipes according to EN 10028 and EN 10216.

For each project, boilers are designed and manufactured individually, according to the customer’s requirements. The execution of boilers can be either heat-tube, one-, two-, or three-pass, as well as combined and consist of water-tube and heat-tube parts.
