Steel boilers with a cylindrical body, heat-insulated, three-pass by construction, with a flame pipe, a cooling rotating chamber, a closed membrane wall, two bundles of heat pipes, a second non-cooled rotating chamber and a flue gas collection chamber.
ADVANTAGES OF NATURAL GAS BOILERS
– High operational reliability and long service life are ensured thanks to the use in development of many years of experience of RSE engineers.
– A large heating surface allows for favorable operating modes, which contributes to the longevity of the equipment. The three-pass version of the boiler design with a low heat load is also characterized by a reduced level of emissions of harmful substances.
– The special design of the housing allows the operation of the boiler with a return water temperature of 55 °C
– Low values of heat loss are achieved due to high-quality insulation of the case, a chamber for collecting combustion products, as well as water cooling of the back wall of the rotating chamber.
– The boiler surface is insulated at the factory, which simplifies installation and maintenance. The outer metal layer provides thermal insulation from damage.
– Thermal efficiency with the use of an economizer reaches 95.5% or more.
– The boiler is supplied as a standard in right or left version and with the removal of combustion products up, down or back.
– Manufactured in accordance with the European Directive EN 12953.
